1.  What is the condition of listed pieces? We carefully examine all pieces before listed for minimal wear signs therefore majority of items are close to perfect, unless otherwise stated under description!  
2. How sanitary are the listed pieces? All of our pieces are machine washed before shipped along side lint rolled and packaged under a consistently sanitized work space. However, we recommend a second personal wash upon item/s arrival to you for extra sanitation!
3. How long does it take for my order to be shipped? All orders are shipped 1-3 business days upon successful purchase!
4. How long does it take for my order to arrive once shipped? All of our USA orders are shipped via USPS ground, therefore shipping times takes within 2-5 business days once shipped! For international orders, we ship via UPS or/and USPS priority mail which range between 1-3 full weeks once shipped. 
5. How do I contact you guys?

You can reach via our “contact us” form, on our website, found under “more” on our main menu, or email us directly at: support@arabelco.shop . Contact Us forms are answered back with 48hours! 

6. What happens if I accidentally put the wrong shipping address?

Once your order is placed you have a 24hrs to contact us with any order changes, including shipping address changes.

7. What is your return/ exchange policy?

We have a very strict no return policy. If your item is defected, and such defection is NOT mentioned in item/s original description, we will gladly resolve such issue, if such occurs feel free to email us via: support@arabelco.shop
